Our proven and accredited ITIL Foundation and
Practitioner courses are now available in Toronto and
Mississauga.
The Foundation course is based on the ITSM and
ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery Best Practices. The
course focuses on understanding of the underlying ITIL
framework, principles, and the terms and concepts embodied in
ITIL. Participants discover the key goals, objectives, and
benefits of a systematic approach to IT Service Management. The course prepares participants for the
ITIL Foundation certificate (exam included) and is a
prerequisite for ITIL Practitioner and Service Manager
programs. Exams are taken on the morning of the final day and
consist of 40 multiple choice questions with a required pass
mark of 65%. The course also provides 15 PDUs towards PMP
Certification.
The ITIL Practitioner's courses test for
your ability to design an ITIL process and to carry out the
activities that belong to it. Courses at the Practitioner level
go further than theory alone, are practical in nature and
provide both assignments and exams that are based on the actual
performance of tasks. In order to qualify for a Practitioner's
Certificate you must have successfully completed the Foundation
Certificate, passed the in-course assignments and receive a
passing grade on the final certification exam.
