Foundation Training and
ITIL Certification course is now available in
Vancouver.
The course is based on the ITSM and ITIL Service Support and Service
Delivery Best Practices.
The course focuses on understanding of the underlying ITIL framework,
principles, and the terms and
concepts embodied in ITIL.
Participants discover the key goals, objectives, and benefits of a
systematic approach to IT Service Management.
The course prepares participants for
the ITIL Foundation certificate (exam included) and is a
prerequisite
for ITIL Practitioner and Service Manager programs. Exams are
taken on the morning of the final day
and consist of 40 multiple choice questions with a required pass
mark of 65%. Course also provides 15
PDUs towards PMP Certification.
