Corporate Responsibility

CTE Solutions is a strong promoter of Corporate Social Responsibility practices. By looking for innovative ways to overcome social, economical and environmental challenges, we believe that we can reduce our Operational Footprint and bring more than exceptional training into our Communities.

Operational Footprint

Our company has grown from a small group of community minded individuals. We strive to incorporate complementary activities into our business that will enhance value for all of our stakeholders. In an attempt to reduce our Operational Footprint we have begun to incorporate more environmental practices into our workplace. We ensure all technological waste that our company produces is properly recycled or donated. We also have eliminated bottled water usage at our facilities by installing water filtration systems.

We are constantly attempting to evolve our green practices. We have recently implemented our Virtual Course Offerings which result in a reduction of carbon emissions due to travel and are currently moving towards offering green courseware to our students.

We ensure that these practices are upheld and that we continue to reduce our Operational Footprint by undertaking quarterly environmental audits.

Community Involvement

CTE Solutions is constantly developing new ideas on ways that we can positively affect the communities in which we operate. In addition to the individual local volunteer work that CTE's team takes part in, we have already begun our largest community involvement  initiative to date.

CTE Solutions' President, Mia Hempey, created a program that was focused on helping improve the marketability of many unemployed technology professionals in our community. In the summer of 2010, CTE Solutions launched the 'Make Me Marketable' campaign. We gave away over $140 000 in free training and certification programs. This program has been an enormous success.

We are very proud of our efforts in the community thus far, and will continue to focus on sharing our success going forward.
