PRSDI - Cisco Unified Presence Design and Implementation

Summary

This course prepares students for installing and configuring Cisco Unified Presence Release 6.0. It also includes integration options with other Cisco Unified Communications products as well as third-party presence solutions including Microsoft Live Communications Server, Microsoft Office Communications Server, and IBM Lotus Sametime. Deployment and maintaining options are also explored.
 
Prerequisites

• Working knowledge of converged voice and data networks
• Working knowledge of MGCP, SIP, and H.323 and their implementation on Cisco IOS gateways
• Ability to configure and operate Cisco Unified Communications Manager

Audience

This is an intermediate course for who are installing and configuring Cisco Unified Presence Release 6.0.
