ITIL® - FoundationThe Foundation level courses introduce the framework and principles of ITIL® and
Exams are taken on the morning after the final day of the Foundation Certification courses. Exams consist of 40 multiple choice questions and require a 65% pass mark. Results are provided to each candidate in less then a week. The ITIL® Bridge exam consists for 20 multiple choice questions.
The Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management is intended for people working in the field of IT Service Management and is a prerequisite for Practitioner/Intermediate and Manager level programs.
