ITIL - Practitioner (V2)

Our Accredited Practitioner level ITIL training teaches the implementation of the various processes and is based on Version 2 as opposed to Intermediate level, which is based on Version 2.  

The ITIL Practitioner examinations test for your ability to design one or more ITIL processes and to carry out the activities that belong to it. Courses at the Practitioner level go further than theory alone, are practical in nature and provide both assignments and exams that are based on the actual performance of tasks. In order to qualify for a Practitioner level Certificate you must have successfully completed the Foundation Certificate, passed the in-course assignments and receive a passing grade on the final certification exam.  Exams are inclduded with courses and taken on the afternoon of the final day of training.  Choose Training and Location below.
