BS01 - Communication Skills for IT Professionals

Summary

Using a best-practice based approach, participants discover how to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships through the application of seven proven communication best practices. Participants learn the importance of adopting a proactive communication approach that emphasizes the timely communication of relevant information, the use of simple jargon free language, as well as active listening skills. Workshops and a case study reinforce lecture and discussion topics.
