CTE Solutions has a fantastic pool of talent in their instructor team. Two of the CTE Solutions instructors, Kim Frank and Susan Ibach are heavily involved in the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) community and their skills have not gone unnoticed by Microsoft.

In addition to their contributions to a number of Microsoft conferences including Teched, TechReady, PDC, Mix and Convergence, Susan has presented a Live Meeting on the .Net Framework, and a SQL  Server 2008 Train the trainer for Microsoft Learning, Kim has prepared white papers on best practices for Demos and was selected to beta test the new Microsoft Masters Certification track.

Recently, Susan and Kim were asked by Microsoft Canada to speak at the Microsoft Techdays conferences, and Susan was invited to be a speaker at the MCT Summit, a train the trainer conference offered by Microsoft to help MCTs with courseware delivery. Susan is very excited about this latest opportunity because there are a lot of talented MCTs out there, and being asked to present to the MCT community is both an honour and a challenge. 

Managing all these extra curricular activities while still maintaining an active teaching schedule is a challenge, but the opportunities to preview new technologies, meet product managers, and develop a network of contacts who work with a variety of Microsoft technologies has only improved their classroom delivery.
