News & EventsCTE Solutions instructor selected to speak at Microsoft MCT SummitJan 14, 2009 Microsoft has invited CTE Solutions instructor Susan Ibach to speak at the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Summit, January 21-23 in Redmond. The MCT Summit is the Microsoft train the trainer summit. Susan is very excited about this opportunity because there are a lot of talented MCTs out there, and being asked to present at the summit is an honour. She is also a little nervous because MCTs are a very demanding audience, but she has risen to the challenge before presenting a well received deep dive into SQL Server 2008 during the train the trainer weekend at Microsoft Teched 2008. This time around Susan will step away from the technical content to deliver a session on "Bringing Your Presentation Skills to the Next Level". Susan has chosen this topic because she believes that technical knowledge is extremely important but without the ability to present and explain that knowledge you cannot be an effective trainer. |
